    Organize Stress-Buster Events

    Host special events during exam periods or high-stress academic seasons to provide stress relief and support for both faculty and students

    Cultivate Healthy Lifestyle Habits

    Encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits, including proper nutrition, adequate sleep, and regular physical activity, complementing the benefits of yoga.
